Welcome to Tour to India. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid prior to the start of the tour as per the invoice schedule.

2. Liability

Tour to India acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by any defect in any vehicle or the negligence of any company.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is transparent and fair.

Cancellation Charges

• 60 days or more before departure: 10% of total tour cost (Service Fee).
• 59 to 30 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost.
• 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost (No Refund).

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days via the original mode of payment.
